This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Weight Loss RX via www.weightlossrx.us.
Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, except where the item is damaged or unusable on arrival. This is due to safety and regulatory requirements, as medicines cannot be resold once delivered.
You may cancel your order before the pharmacy dispatches the treatment. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Weight Management & Subscription Orders
For weight management or subscription-based services, an administrative fee may apply if:
- You request cancellation or a refund after submitting a treatment order, or
- You fail to attend a scheduled virtual consultation.
This fee covers clinical review and regulatory processing costs.
No administrative fee is charged if a clinician determines you are medically unsuitable for treatment.
Non-Medical Products
Non-medical items may be returned if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
