No Returns After DispatchPrescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. This is required by federal and state pharmacy safety regulations — medications cannot be resold once delivered to a patient.

As a licensed US pharmacy operating under federal and state pharmacy law, Weight Loss RX is legally prohibited from accepting returns of dispensed prescription medications. This applies to all prescription products we carry:

Ozempic® (semaglutide injection)
Wegovy® (semaglutide 2.4 mg injection)
Mounjaro® (tirzepatide injection)

Zepbound® (tirzepatide injection)

This policy exists to protect patient safety and public health. Returned prescription medications cannot be verified as unadulterated and therefore cannot legally be restocked or redistributed.

Exception: Damaged or Unusable on ArrivalIf your prescription medication arrives damaged, compromised, or unusable, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no charge. No Administrative Fee If Medically UnsuitableIf a licensed clinician determines that you are medically unsuitable for the requested treatment during the consultation process, no administrative fee will be charged and a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

Non-prescription, non-medical items purchased from Weight Loss RX may be returned subject to the following conditions:
